Adriana Fajet is a well-established figure in the realms of etiquette consulting and personal development, based in Miami Springs, Florida. She is the founder of Image Masterpiece, an etiquette and image consulting company designed to help individuals of all ages improve their social, professional, and personal skills. Through workshops, summer camps, and corporate training, Adriana focuses on modern [and traditional] etiquette, communication skills, public speaking, and confidence-building​.

 

She is also co-founder and CEO of Impact Self Inc. a company focused on empowering high school youth with leadership skills and self-confidence, while keeping faith central in their lives.

 

In addition to her role at Image Masterpiece and Impact Self, Adriana has a long-standing career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she has worked for over 19 years, inspiring beauty consultants and earning numerous accolades, including three pink Cadillacs. With her combined background in high school teaching, corporate leadership, and psychology, Adriana offers a holistic approach to personal development, helping clients from preteens to professionals.

 

Adriana is very active in her community and holds leadership roles in both the Miami Springs Rotary Club and the Miami Springs Woman’s Club.

 

She’s been married to Walter for 23 years and they are most proud of their 18-year-old son, Nicolas majoring in engineering at the University of Miami.
